In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in leading a talented team across multiple groundbreaking projects, leveraging your:
- 10+ years of experience in design-led landscape architecture practices, delivering sophisticated solutions.
- Extensive experience guiding all stages of projects, from concept through to detailed development (DD) packages.
- Expertise in overseeing project fees, resources, and deliverables, ensuring top-quality results within budget and on schedule.
- Capacity to excel in a high-energy, studio environment, managing priorities with agility and focus.
Requirements
- BA Hons/MA/PG Dip Landscape
Architecture from recognised Institution
- Minimum 10years
professional experience;
- Middle East
experience is absolutely essential!
- Proven track record
of delivering world-class hospitality, commercial, urban realm and large scale
masterplanning projects.
- Commercial
experience i.e RFP’s, Business Development etc preferable;
- Exceptional
graphical and presentation skills
- Must be able to use
ArchiCad or AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUP and Enscape.... 3D ability is also essential!
