This opportunity would be ideal for a Junior Designer, Architectural Designer or an Intermediate Designer with strong experience in commercial projects and confidence using industry-standard design software.

Duties:

• Develop and deliver detailed design packages for commercial projects

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Support project stages from concept through construction documentation

• Contribute creative design solutions that align with client goals

• Coordinate with engineering and design disciplines to ensure project quality

• Participate in design reviews and presentations

Requirements:

• Background in architectural design with a focus on commercial projects

• Strong experience using 3D CAD and design software (Revit preferred)

• Proven ability to work across all project stages

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

• Degree in Architecture or related field
