We are currently recruiting experienced Electrician operatives for a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract. These roles are based across Yeovil & Bournemouth, with multiple positions available.
Key Information:
Position: Electrician
Rate: £19.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start: ASAP
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Perks: Van and fuel card provided
Duties Include:
Day-to-day repairs and maintenance across tenanted and void social housing properties
Responsive and planned maintenance works
Rewiring and partial rewires in domestic properties
Installation of new sockets, lighting, and consumer units
Testing and inspection (EICRs) and completing associated certification
Requirements:
Previous experience working in social housing is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence
Own tools
