Location: Glasgow (Central Belt)
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Known for delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and project solutions across Scotland, the business is now entering an exciting phase of expansion and is looking for an experienced HVAC Director to lead the team and drive continued success.
The Role
As HVAC Director, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of the installations and service divisions. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing project delivery across multiple commercial sites.

Driving business development, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies.

Managing a skilled team, ensuring high standards of work and compliance with industry regulations.

Collaborating with the leadership team to shape future growth strategies.

Knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector will be a distinct advantage, particularly for managing projects in clinical and healthcare environments.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director on business performance and long-term strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the HVAC or M&E sector.

Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems.

A track record of business development and delivering large-scale commercial projects.

Healthcare sector knowledge or experience is advantageous.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
