Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role is essential for supporting various construction projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities

Mobilising all necessary equipment, tools, and signage to site.

External cleaning of generator units, base fuel tanks and AdBlue tanks.

Manual and powered preparation of surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming).

Painting external surfaces using brushes and rollers.

Setting up and working from access equipment, including MEWPs and scaffold towers.

Masking of decals and signage as required.

Adhering to strict safety standards and maintaining a clean work area throughout.

Completing daily housekeeping and demobilisation upon completion of works.
Qualifications

Valid CSCS card is essential.

Previous experience in a labouring role

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.

Strong physical fitness to handle manual tasks effectively.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.
