What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading cost management on complex building projects

Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture

Managing JCT contracts and contract administration duties

Working closely with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders

Helping drive project success with your consultancy expertise
What They’re Looking For:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying consultancy environment
-
Solid knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery
-
Experience working on refurbishment or reinstatement projects is a plus
-
Ability to mentor junior QSs
-
RICS chartership is welcome but not essential
