Inter/Arch Jobs is currently representing a leading architecture and design firm in the search for an experienced Hospitality Interior Designer to join their studio. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate on hospitality interiors projects throughout all phases: programming, concept design, schematic development, and budget/schedule review.
- Develop space planning concepts and program documents.
- Contribute to FF&E selections, including furniture systems and material specifications.
- Coordinate detailed construction documentation and material selections.
- Apply technical knowledge to ensure effective documentation and high-quality detailing.
- Work with consultants, contractors, and fabricators to meet project objectives and timelines.
- Participate in construction administration, including submittal reviews and finish sample evaluations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate communication across teams and consultants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3years of interior design experience, with a focus on hospitality interiors.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Deep understanding of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems, and material selections.
- Strong graphic presentation and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp.
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture required.
- NCIDQ certification preferred; support is available for candidates working toward licensure.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience.
