Key Responsibilities
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial management of various projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
Assisting in tender preparation and analysis
Contract administration and subcontractor management
Valuing completed work and arranging payments
Identifying and managing risks and variations
Producing accurate and timely cost reports and financial statements
Liaising with project teams, clients, and contractorsRequirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (preferably in fit out and refurbishment)
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., NEC, JCT)
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Proficient in cost management software
Strong communication and negotiation skills
