At Perkins&Will’s London studio, we’re looking for bright minds, bold ideas, and curious designers who think deeply and bring ideas to life.
Outside of our Graduate recruitment scheme, we are continuing to grow our team and looking for Part 1 and Part 2 Architectural Assistants ready to design with purpose, imagination, and care.
You’ll work in a studio that thrives on curiosity and crossover – where ideas flow freely between scales and sectors to unlock fresh perspectives. We think wide and work deep, shaping projects across the UK and internationally, from transformative healthcare and education spaces to ambitious masterplans, science-led innovation, and future-focused workplaces.
Everything we do is rooted in our Living Design philosophy, which puts people, place, and planet at the centre of every decision. We believe architecture should connect people, lift spirits, and leave places better than we found them. That’s the kind of work we do - and the kind of people we do it with.
If you’re ready to learn by doing and design with impact - we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll find here
- A design-led studio that puts people and planet first
- A friendly, diverse, and ambitious team
- A collaborative, supportive environment where good ideas grow
- Projects with purpose, depth, and complexity
- Mentorship, progression, and space to shape your own path
- A culture that values imagination, rigour, and making things real
- A belief that good ideas come from everywhere - and that diverse voices make better work
- A strong sense of community where everyone feels they belong
- Access to a wide variety of learning, training, and development opportunities, including financial support for study and membership fees
What we’re looking for
- A Part 1 or Part 2 qualification from a recognised school of architecture
- Creative thinkers with exceptional design and technical skills
- Team players who bring curiosity, initiative, and care to their work
- People who want their work to matter - to others, and to the world around them
- A flexible and open-minded attitude towards new ways of working
- Self-reflective people who are committed to their own growth - and love to support the growth of others
- Fluent in Rhino, V-Ray / Enscape, and Adobe Suite
- Confidence in Revit (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages a bonus)
