Our client is a well-established name in civil and structural engineering, with offices across the UK. We are currently assisting them in making a strategic hire for their Ipswich office, where they are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to help lead and grow their civils team.

The Role:
Deliver and manage a broad range of civil engineering projects including commercial, residential, and public realm schemes
Lead project teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior staff
Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Support the day-to-day running of the civils team and collaborate closely with structural engineers
Drive quality, efficiency, and innovation across project delivery
Requirements:
Chartered (or near-chartered) Civil Engineer
Minimum 5 years' relevant UK consultancy experience
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex civil engineering schemes
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Experience mentoring junior staff and working in a collaborative environment
