About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will assist with general site duties, including manual handling, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting skilled tradespeople with daily tasks
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Site preparation and clean-up
Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Carrying out manual labour duties as requiredRequirements:
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn and take instruction
Own transport preferred but not essential
