Commercial Plumber – Healthcare Contract
Covering Cambridge & East Anglia
Up to £38-40k salary + Company Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Overtime (x1.5)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our team, supporting a long-term healthcare estates contract across Cambridge and East Anglia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a stable and essential environment, delivering high-quality plumbing services within critical healthcare facilities.
You’ll be working on behalf of a leading facilities management company, with a strong presence across the UK and globally, known for delivering essential services across healthcare, defence, education, and more.
The Role:

Undertake planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across healthcare sites

Diagnose and repair faults on commercial plumbing systems

Carry out installation and replacement of pipework, sanitary ware, and other plumbing fixtures

Work closely with estates teams and adhere to all health & safety and compliance standards

Ensure accurate record-keeping of works completed

Provide a customer-focused and professional service at all times
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

Previous experience in a commercial or healthcare environment preferred

Understanding of water hygiene (L8) compliance

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Good communication and problem-solving skills
