Job Description:
We are currently looking for reliable and hard-working Strip-Out Labourers for a refurbishment project in Andover. This role involves the internal strip-out of commercial or residential buildings, preparing them for renovation or redevelopment.
Duties include:

Removing non-structural fixtures and fittings (ceilings, walls, flooring, partitioning, etc.)

Safe use of hand and power tools

Assisting trades on site as required

Loading and removing waste materials

Keeping the site clean and tidy
Requirements:

Previous experience in strip-out/demolition or construction labouring
-
Own PPE (hard hat, high vis, safety boots, gloves)

Physically fit and able to carry out manual work

Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
