We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 6-month contract to support legacy Building Safety projects. This is a critical role for a seasoned Quantity Surveying professional with strong expertise in quantum analysis and a solid understanding of litigation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across legacy construction projects with a focus on building safety compliance
- Manage and process claims through the supply chain
- Conduct detailed quantum assessments to support dispute resolution and legal processes
- Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage risk and ensure fair commercial outcomes
- Prepare detailed reports and provide expert advice on contractual entitlements and liabilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within building safety or remediation projects
- Strong quantum expertise and the ability to produce forensic-level commercial assessments
- Solid understanding of construction litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure
