They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
As a Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include providing contractual advice, managing day-to-day contract and commercial aspects, cost planning, contract audits, and overseeing commercial matters in meetings.
Main Responsibilities:

Offer contractual advice and ensure understanding of contractual conditions

Manage contract and commercial aspects daily

Conduct cost planning and budget estimating

Lead contract audits for compliance

Mentor and support junior team members
-
Review and respond to contractual matters
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Experience with NEC and JCT forms of contract

Pursuing or holding a BSc.(H) in relevant field

Inclination towards professional body membership
-
Strong communication skills
-
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
-
CSCS card required
