A position has become available for a Experienced Quatity Surveyor to work for a Civils Contractor based in Aldermaston.
The Contractor operates as a subcontractor to Main Contractors within the Water Sector and Housing sector.
Due to an increase in workload a Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team, please note this role can be office based or work from home.
Responsibilities

Measurement and valuations of works for applications, variations and final accounts with both clients and suppliers.

Ensure all contracts in supply chain are fit for purpose

Cash Flow Forecasts

Preparing Tenders

Managing the dispute and defects process with the Client and Subcontractors

Attend Client progress meetings.
Qualifications/Skills
-
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or other related discipline (can be substituted by a relevant HNC and suitable experience

Good MS Excel skills

Experience with Civil Engineering and Construction projects

Experience of working within the Water Industry would be advantageous
