Pinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Contractor, who operates within the Rail space for a role based in Leeds.
Duties:

Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects

Perform risk, value management, and cost control

Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project performance

Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants

Ensure compliance with all legal and quality standards legal and quality standards
About You.
Looking for a Quantity surveyor who has ideally worked within Rail on Civils or Depots, but also happy to speak with Quantity Surveyors that have a background within the Civils space.
Salary Up-to £45,000k + allowance and package.
