Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame Projects – Bristol - £75k

The role

They need senior commercial expertise in the Bristol region.

You will initially sit on one scheme but due to upcoming works you will have multiple sites in the region.

You will be expected to be capable of running your own jobs, from initial inception through to final accounts.

You will be reporting directly into a Commercial Manager.
About the requirements

You must have a commercial degree – Quantity Surveying or Commercial Mgmt
-
You must have at least 5 years RC Frame/Groundworks experience.

You must have a track record of taking on commercial responsibility for projects up to £10m.
